Buy Mode 101

OMG, I felt robbed with all these accumulated purchases but being a true-blue shopaholic girl I can't stop or I'll die (you know what I mean).
Some of my bank-breaking purchases (bank-breaking for me because I am a cheapskate LOL).

How about you? What are your recent purchases?

Finished Products (January to April 2011)

I have loads of stuff but I can't seem to finish them all. I really want to change my buying pattern and my skin care regimen because I am saving for more high-end brands (hello La Mer, SK-II, Estee Lauder and Shiseido). Here are some of what I finished:

Finished Products 2010

Hi there! I've been soooo MIA I forgot my blog (because I am busy reading other blogs, oh well).  Since it was soo long ago that I posted in my own blog, here are some of the products I finished but never got to review.  Some of them are hits and some are misses.

September 2010

October 2010

November 2010

December 2010

I used up so many products (hence the trash). Some of these bottles/jars have been reused as they are too cute to throw. I wish we have a facility to really recycle all these because mamang basurero just pick what's being accepted in junk shops. Haist

The Body Shop Raspberry Body Butter

When The Body Shop goes on sale, my heart thumps faster. Because I could not resist the temptation (hehe). I grabbed a couple of items way, way back (see my haul here) including this body butter as I am a sucker for anything-berries.

I love the juicy raspberry scent that stays and lingers all day. And hey, I detect an olive butter-y after-scent. The texture is very creamy and is very easy to apply as it is readily absorbed especially during cold months. However, on hot sunny days, this body butter can be a bit sticky. So I save them for -ber months.

Regular price is a bit steep (php695 for 200ml) like for most TBS products. But I got it 40% off so it is not bad at all. For me, their products are pricey because they get their raw materials from around the world. But IMO, I can get the same products locally with the same quality but at a cheaper price.(wink, wink)
